Nufu TV Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to your use of this website (nufu-tv.com), to Nufu TV subscriptions and free trials, and to the help our team gives you. By ordering a plan or starting a trial, you agree to the terms below; if you don't agree, please don't use the service. To see how we handle your personal data, read our privacy policy.

1. The service

Nufu TV is a live sports streaming (IPTV) service delivered over the internet. It covers six sports, pro football, college football, basketball, hockey, baseball and soccer, live and with replays of games you missed. Access is sold as a subscription, on one account that signs in on every device you own: in a web browser on a computer, in the Nufu TV app, or with the Nufu TV channel on Roku. Your sign-in details are sent to you on WhatsApp.

2. Your account

Your account is for you and your household. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for what happens on your account. Sharing your sign-in details with others is not allowed.

3. Plans and prices

Nufu TV sells three plans: monthly, 6-month and annual. Every plan includes the same sports and works on the same devices; the plans differ by billing period and by support tier (priority support on the 6-month plan, VIP support on the annual plan).

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on our prices and plans page. The price that applies is the one our team confirms when you order. We may change prices for new subscriptions.

4. Free trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial. No credit or debit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to select a paid plan to continue service. Failure to select a plan will result in automatic account suspension.

5. Ordering, payment and delivery of your sign-in details

You order on WhatsApp: you tell our team which plan you want, and the team confirms the plan and sends you a secure payment link. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal through that link. Once your payment is through, your sign-in details are sent to you on WhatsApp.

The service is delivered digitally only: nothing is shipped to you. Never send your full card details in a WhatsApp chat.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, or to change plan, message our team on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your renewal date, so the next billing period isn't charged.

7. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. That is the only refund rule we publish; see our refund policy page. If refunds or anything else about your order matter to you, ask our team on WhatsApp before you order.

8. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for private, non-commercial use within your household. You agree not to:

  • share your sign-in details with others;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the service;
  • record or rebroadcast what you watch for redistribution, or show the service in a public or commercial place;
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose;
  • try to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate the service's streaming infrastructure;
  • use automated tools to access or scrape the service.

If these rules are broken, we may suspend or end your access to the service (see section 13, "Suspension and termination").

9. Content and availability

Which games and replays are available can change over time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular game, sport or event at all times.

Streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection and device capabilities. Maintenance or technical problems may briefly interrupt the service; if you have a problem, message our team on WhatsApp so we can help.

10. Devices and internet connection

You are responsible for your own equipment, your internet connection and its costs.

11. Intellectual property

All content streamed through the service is owned by the respective rights holders; Nufu TV does not claim ownership of streamed content. Recording or redistributing streamed content is prohibited. The Nufu TV name, logo and the content of this website belong to Nufu TV. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our DMCA page.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, in particular by sharing your sign-in details or reselling access. A trial account is suspended if no paid plan is selected at the end of the trial (section 4). You can cancel at any time (section 6).

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nufu TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including problems caused by your equipment or your internet connection, or a game or replay becoming unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be excluded.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't accept a change, cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

17. Complaints and your legal rights

If you have a complaint, message our team on WhatsApp first so we can try to resolve it. These terms don't affect any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
